    Hi I recently Updated the Enfold Theme and my surprise was when I can’t modifiy, add, or delete the Image Link on the Avia Layout builder.
    The concrete code of the part it’s:

    <div class=”avia-name-description “>Image Link?<div>Where should your image link to?</div></div><div class=”avia-form-element “><div class=”template-container”></div></div>
    I have no button to add a link.

    Why??

    PLease help me I can’t continue with my work!

    All the pages that have Images like a button to link…:
    Home. Inicial, Inicio, Inizio
    Products, Produtes, Productos, Prodotti
    Cuines, Cocinas, Kitchens, Cucine,
    Bathrooms, Banys, Baños, Bagni,
    Les Nostres Marques, Nuestras Marcas, Our Brands, I nostri Marchi,

    There are too much more pages, but the principal and the easy to check it, is the page PRODUCTS, every image has a link to every page…

    Hi, now I can find another problem, with the Icon List of the Avia Layout Builder, the tab for the Link to check the text, also has disappeared.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, I can see the problem, very strange! Did you try disabling all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them? If that is not the case then please try overwriting all theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Yes I tried to deactivate all plugins, reinstall the last version of Enfold, and nothing. I tried also to delete all the theme and reinstall the 3.6 old version, and i have some errors, and I cannot work with the backpage. I delete it the theme, and reinstall the last version, without activate the plugins, and nothing. I reactivate the plugins and tried again, and do not work.

    I can’t find the way to finish the website without this option, please help me!!

    I reinstall another webpage to try the Enfold Theme and finally, the option to insert hte Image Link, or the Icon Link on the Avia’s Layout Builder, doesn’t works with the Worpress 4.7.

    Please check it. We wait for a shortly solution.

    Hi,

    you have one plugin as a must-use, could you deactivate this one, too please? Please provide us FTP access, so we can have a deeper look into it.

    I think it should work fine when deleting all theme files completely via FTP and getting a fresh copy from your themeforest account. We can’t reproduce this issue on our end and no one else but you seems to have this problem, so I guess there are some corrupted theme files on your end.

    Thanks for all your indications. I delete the “must-use” plugin , and with all the others plugins deactivated, and the trouble persists.

    Hi,

    ftp login does not work for me, please check.

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Install Enfold over FTP

    Hi,

    it’s really weird, but it does not want to appear. We can’t reproduce the issue on our end and nobody else reported this issue to us. So something must cause it especially on your end only. Did you do any customization of the theme? if yes then remove them completely, so we can make sure you got a clean installation.
    Since when does this problem happened?

    This mistery, starts when I installed the worpress 4.7 and later update the Enfold theme. I don’t have any modification or customization at the theme, cos if was it, the natural reinstallation of theme wasn’t result an exit. Where has the string that privates us to modify the links???

    Hi,

    well I updated to 4.7 and newest Enfold version, too, but it does not happen for me and it does not happen for any other customers neither. I’m going to ask the rest of my team, maybe someone has an idea.

    Please ask your host if they’re using any caching on your server. Maybe it’s caused by it.

    Hi,
    I can see that this is an issue paranormal !! But, I have to finish this website soon or somebody cut my balls!! Is there any way to save all pages or the work since this moment I has entered in the database and reinstall the system again without undoing the work that I have done? Which is the way?

    That definitely weird. You can refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/ and move your installation to another domain. Could be subdomain as well. Please test and let us know if it helps or not

    Guys, I reinstall in a subdomain the wordpress 4.7 and the theme, all from 0, and the trouble wasn’t solved. But I solved by another way, a stupid thing!! My server was automatic update to the PHP general configuration to version to 7.1. This is the reason by don’t work. I put it the previous version now (7.0.6) and runs perfectly!!

    I don’t know why, but was solved!!
