    Is there a way to create an orange vertical separator at the bottom of this page in between these two columns? FYI…I’ve been using the Avia Layout Builder, so if there is a way to use that for this it would work best.

    Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab and adjust as needed 

    .page-id-9417 .avia-builder-el-52 {
  border-left: 2px solid orange;
  padding-left: 7%;
}
