    I’m trying to use AviaSlider in an ASCX (.NET User Control).

    I do not have access to the Body tag or the Head Tag.

    (All documentation & examples assume I will have access to these. I do not.)

    Can you show how to initiate the Slider without using the HEAD or BODY tags?

    I’m not sure what you’re trying to achieve. You can include/call resources like css or js files? Or do you want to use inline html code only?

    Yes – I can include resources. I have setup a slider using inline script & include tags – however custom.js does not seem to fire as it is not in the HEAD tag. Do i need some sort of document.onload() function?

    Yes – you can fire up the slider with:

    //activate the lightbox
    jQuery('a[href$=jpg], a[href$=png], a[href$=gif], a[href$=jpeg]').prettyPhoto({theme: "light_square"});

    And instead of #fullwidth-fade-slider insert your slider element.
