    Hi.

    Thanks for your product.

    Have a question about it.

    It work fine with sample jpegs (640 x 320), but cant start it with my jpegs bigger size. I have 1000×350 and it broke my mind :)

    Can u help me please? U can see it here http://yasenevo.milantiev.com

    I try to see in Chrome.

    Hey,

    I can’t access the demo website (password protected) but for the best results you need to use images with the same size (i.e. 640 x 320 for all images). Otherwise the slider needs to resize the images after they’re loaded and the user will see that something “doesn’t fit”. You can use scripts like timthumb: http://code.google.com/p/timthumb/ to resize images automatically.

    Correct, at moment site closed.

    NO, I need 1000 x 350, not 640×320. Can u adapt your script or return my money back?

    You just need to change the dimensions in the stylesheet. In style.css (or any other stylesheet you’re using for the slider code) search for:

    .aviaslider{
    height:320px; /*this changes the height of the image slider*/
    width:640px;
    overflow: hidden;
    position: relative;
    background: #fff url(../images/layout/preload.gif) center center no-repeat;
    }

    and replace 320 & 640 with 350 and 1000px.

    Ok, it seems like something adds a padding to the slideshow list. Use following code:

    .aviaslider{
    height:350px; /*this changes the height of the image slider*/
    width:1000px;
    overflow: hidden;
    position: relative;
    padding: 0;
    background: #fff url(../images/layout/preload.gif) center center no-repeat;
    }

    to fix the alignment. You can remove the inline css btw (width/height values). We do not issue refunds – I’m sorry.

    #61664

    Done add padding: 0 to css. Done remove inline style.

    Same result in Chrome.

    > We do not issue refunds – I’m sorry.

    Maybe it’s come time to change your mind? :)

    #61665

    Please ask envato then – maybe they will issue you a refund. We can’t..

    #61666

    Ok, will ask.

    But how about my TECHNICAL problem? Script still not working on 1000x350px image.

    Oleg

    #61667

    Hey, support :)))

    Fix problem please.

    #61668

    What would be your technical problem? Dude provided the code that should solve your size issue, if you can’t get it to work with the provided help and if you would like a refund you can contact Envato.

    #61669

    This code is not working, I had report before.

    No talk about refund at moment, just start this ___ code only.
