Avisio Slider: Modify Featured Caption Fade In

Hi,

I would like to modify the speed at which the featured caption (span class="feature_excerpt") appears after a slide transition. It appears as if there is some delay built in during which the JS switches display="none" to display="block". But I can't find a setting anywhere related to this.

My goal: I want the slide image to have more time by itself on screen before the featured caption appears.

I haven't found such a delay. The caption container html is appended to the slide before it fades in. I think you need to adjust the overall transition time or the "betweenBlockDelay" value to speed up the animation.

Can you please elaborate on the first sentence in your response?

Do you mean 1) you don't see a delay or 2) you don't see a specific delay in the code controlling the slider?

I ask because I'm certain there is a delay--the image shows up, then the featured caption pop ups. I want to extend (or introduce?) a delay--hopefully extend.
