   How to add a back to top link on Product Category Pages?

   Hi again
   The only pages I can't find a option to add a back to top link is the product category pages and Shop page. Is this possible?

   Did you try to use the hr shortcode? I think [hr top] also includes a top link.

   No that doesn't work because product categories pages are automatically created within the theme when you create the various product categories. You can only Add the name and description of the product category and then assign different products the those categories. So I can't see anywhere where you can edit the pages themselves. I presume it is a part of the woocommerce setup.

   Hi again

   In the footer.php I added a scroll to top link in the Socket Container. It worked. The only thing is that when I do this it also shows the social icons. Since they are already displayed at the top it looks a bit odd at the bottom.

   Is it possible to change the footer.php so that it only displays the copyright and the scroll to top link?

   Hello,

   What code did you add on footer.php? It may give us a hint on the problem.

   It is a bit odd for the social icons to appear on footer.php if the only thing you added is the "back to top" link. :)

   I tried 2 different ones
   Scroll to top But this put the link right next to the Copyright.

   I wanted it on the right hand side, so I tried.
   <p style="text-align: right;">Scroll to top</p>

   It worked but the social icons also appeared. Clearly this is not the right code.

   While I can manually add a back to top link on pages, posts and templates, the shop categories and products don't allow for this. So I thought the easiest way was to add the link in the footer.php.

   Appreciate any suggestions.
