    Hi there,
    On our label, beamax.com, we just installed Enfold just the way we did it for our other labels trimotca.nl and homecinemamodules.com.
    If we want to adjust some product pages the backend page of the product did not load properly and keeps on spinning.

    We deactivate all pluggins but that wasn’t helping
    Next step: we changed the theme. The product page did load properly and we where now able to make some changes.

    Could you please help me solving this issue?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, though I’m not sure what you mean by product pages. Exactly which ones are you getting the error on? I checked the page in private and I couldn’t see anything going wrong.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the link, I’m seeing this error on the page:

    http://yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 501 (Method Not Implemented)

    I’m not sure exactly what is causing that, but this is what a 501 error means:

    The HTTP 501 Not Implemented server error response code indicates that the request method is not supported by the server and cannot be handled.

    Could you try contacting your hosting provider to see if they can find out why the server is throwing that error?
