Try disabling any active plugins that you have running (except woocommerce if you are using it) and see if that helps.
It looks like that at the very least WP Super Cache is serving up a cached version of the page with the browser ID of Internet Explorer which may be the main root cause of the issue since that plugin doesn't run for users that are logged in.
