If you have troubles since the update to WordPress 4.5 please read this post before opening a new thread.
When I take a backup and restore it in another database everything is going pretty well, but there is no copy of my templates built in the template-builder?
Everything I’ve builded there, I’ve lost!
Is this possible? Is there a way to backup (and restore) the templates in the template-builder?
(I can create them manually again, but I have to do this process (backup/restore) a lot of times with my customers who are also using a lot of templates build by the template builder… So if there is a way, It will help me a lot!)
Or does anyone where this data is stored?
I’m going to flag the rest of the support team to answer this. I assume (perhaps wrongly) if you used Tools > Export the templates would be saved for when you imported them back in.
The data is stored in the wp_options table. The field is called “avia_options_THEMENAME_dynamic_elements” – eg for Brightbox it’s avia_options_brightbox_dynamic_elements. Kriesi didn’t found the reason why the data doesn’t work properly after an import/export yet. Some users reported that Backupbuddy works fine though.
