Hello, Where Can I find the best outline for how to begin: For example should I set my navigation heading first, like about us, contact us etc. and
Structure the Blog Page- how to do this if you want a certain look like a small portion of the blog topic – 3 lines or so and a smaller picture opening up to a larger individual post page like this: http://design-milk.com/category/home-furnishings/

You can import them inside theme settings. Consider that it will overwrite all your settings though.
