Hi I have done quite a lot with wordpress but this is my first attempt to create a forum. I am thinking of using bbpress and there are a few things I was wanting to ask.
1. Is corona set up for bbpress?
If NOT how much work would the set-up take?
2. Would it be possible to use the same wordpress account but have the forum on a sub domain eg. forum.mydomain.com?

1) No - it's not prepared for bbpress. You need to style the forum tables, etc. - maybe even small php mods are required. If you're familiar with css it's not too difficult but it's a time intensive task.
2) I don't think this is possible. You'd need to set up a second wordpress installation for bbpress (you can also use the multisite feature) and direct the users from forum.mydomain.com to your bbpress/wordpress setup.
