Hi there, my problem is I have a forum created from bbpress and I wanted to know how I could make the forum as my static front page? When I go to the customize page and do it, it just goes empty, but when it is not the static front page, it shows the forums perfectly. How do I fix this? Right now it is showing latest posts and you can see the forum page from the menu.

Also, how do I put the bbpress login/register widget in the sidebar? I did it at the widgets page, but it doesn’t show up.

And when I go on the forum how do I get rid of the tags that direct the user such as home>forum.

    Thanks for any help.

    Hi 1456932587!

Please create a new page and add following shortcode

    [bbp-forum-index]

then go to Enfold theme options and choose the page you created in Frontpage Settings.
I can see login widget just fine – http://i.imgur.com/nbHafkU.png
You can edit the page you created and choose not to display title bar – http://i.imgur.com/EdaOoXP.png

Okay. What do I name the new page? Should it be “forums” because that is the permalink thing I needed to do to make the forum show up? Where do I put the shortcode? Should I paste it as code?

    Thanks.

    Hi!

Yes you can name the page “forums” and all you need to do is copy&paste the shortcode i posted in my first post to page content in default editor – http://i.imgur.com/cbnxlWq.png
