I can't find on the drop-down Template menu on the right hand section of the screen the bbPress - User Register template.
Where am I doing wrong?
Can U help me?

There is a BbPress login widget, go to Widget > Appearance. Provide the register and lost password URI. In case you're wondering what is it, try to create a page then insert some bbPress shortcodes. You can now use that page's URI. List of shortcodes can be found here.

You might need to use this for the register and lost password page.
