Best SPAM protection for Display Theme Blog?

I'm getting a few posts a day from Viagra salesmen on my Blog - http://www.2-sec.com/2011/11/23/being-compliant-doesnt-make-you-secure/

Obviously I moderate everything, but would rather not have to.

What's the BEST way to sort this out? What Captcha plug-ins would integrate with the Display theme well?

Hey,
I use http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-recaptcha/ in combination with the Velvet theme and it works great. I haven't tested it with Display though.

Hey Dude,
I'm getting a Viagra info displayed when searched "Custom Take Out" on Google. Any ideas how to remove this hack? Thank you sir.

I couldn't find this text in your source code. Maybe your website got hacked in the past and google cached the viagra text and now you're using "clean" theme files? If yes try to use google webmaster to force google to reindex your website.
