    I’m trying to add the social profiles grouping to individual pages within our Enfold website. What is the best way to do this and have the same functionality with the social profiles as we have with the grouping in the socket or the header. We are specifically trying to add the social profiles to the Contact page of our site within a certain content box…

    Thanks,

    Hey since1794,

    I’m not sure I understand what you mean by that, could you link to the site in question and try to explain a bit further please? A screenshot highlighting the changes you would like might help as well.

    Thanks,
    Rikard

    Okay let me try another way of explaining this. When customizing the Enfold theme, we have the option under Enfold>Social Profiles to set the social media accounts we would like to use with the theme, and then we can place them anywhere we would like on any page or post…Our question is how do you actually do this? What are the best steps to place the social media profiles on a page? We would like to place the social media profiles on our Contact Us page but we don’t know how to accomplish this. When editing the socket we have a choice to check a check box to add the social profiles there, which worked fine. We don’t have this same option for other locations either pages or posts and we need to know how to place the social profiles manually where ever we choose within the theme.

    We would provide screenshots but they won’t past here in this dialog box…please advise.

    Thanks,

    Hi!

    Can you please post the link to your website so we can provide you HTML code you should add to your content?

    For your information, you can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here :)

    Regards,
    Yigit

    Here’s the screenshot for where we would want to place the social profiles. We would like them placed on the left at the bottom under the words “Get Social With Us”.

    Here’s the screenshot for the social media profile we’re referring to…

    Hi,

    Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

    Best regards,

    Hi,

    Please add the code in private content field into a text widget or a text block element on text tab and then add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

    .widget .social_bookmarks li {
        clear: none!important;
    }

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    Thanks. That worked but I noticed it doesn’t update with the other locations the social profiles are placed. Is there a way to achieve this? If not, can you please provide the updated code since we’ve added additional social media sites to our social profiles.

    Thanks again.

    Thanks. Will we need to request custom code each time we make changes to the social media accounts in our Social Profiles, or will it automatically update when we make changes via the Social Profiles section? Please advise.

    Thanks again.

    Hi,

    you won’t lose any code you’re using inside of Quick CSS when updating. However, we recommend to use a child theme.

    Best regards,
    Andy
