    Hello!!

    I would like to have the possibility to improve the excerpts of muy posts.

    By default is too short (I think 55 chars), cut the phrases and is only autogenerated (no possible to write an specifica excerpt to a specific post)

    Is there any pluggin? I tried with fancy excerpt and Easy Custom Auto Excerpt, but not working for me.

    Please help!

    Hey jmaguirrei!

    If you don’t set a blog page in the theme options and instead use the blog element in the advanced layout builder you can choose to show different output including being able to use the more tag to define where wordpress cuts the preview text.

    Hey!

    When you use the Blog element from the advanced layout builder it lets you choose the output of the feed on that page. So you can choose the option that best fits your needs.

    As long as you don’t have that page set in your theme options as the “blog” page it will display whatever you have with the advanced layout builder.

    Hello!

    I just checked the option ‘Excerpt’ in the Screen Options of the Post Pages, and appears a box at the end of the page.

    In this box you can set up your manual excerpt
