    I have resized the bg.png so that the dark gray area fits exactly under the menu bar. This works fine on the frontpage but whenever i go onto another page the dark gray area shrinks down and doesn’t fit anymore.

    Any ideas what i can do to keep it the same?

    Can we have a link to your site? It’s hard to say what’s going wrong without looking at css, images, etc

    Here is a link to the frontpage, http://www.alumni.mn/

    here is a page where the background doesn’t work http://www.alumni.mn/about-us/founding-members/

    thanks for your help!

    At the moment you’ve definded two css properties in style1.css:

    background: #fff url(../images/skin1/bg.png) repeat-x left top;

    #subpage .wrapper{
    background: #fff url(../images/skin1/bg.png) repeat-x 0 -370px;

    Please delete

    #subpage .wrapper{
    background: #fff url(../images/skin1/bg.png) repeat-x 0 -370px;

    or change the value of 0 -370px so that the background doesn’t vanish…

    The Dude.

    All sorted , thanks for that man!

    Glad that I could help you.
