Big Header Margin for Standart Template

Since dynamic templates have no option to get comments working i use the standard template for one of my pages.
Now the problem is that i use the BIG HEADER MARGIN + a custom background image for all pages, but with the standard template i have no option to add the big header margin in.

Can you please help me with the solution to get the big header margin added to the default or no sidebar template ?

i found a solution to get comments show on pages which are using the dynamic template builder.

helper-template-dynamic.php

replace this :
```
if(!$additional_loop->post->post_excerpt || $query_id == $this->post_id)
				{
					$content = get_the_content('<span class="inner_more">'.__('Read more','avia_framework').'</span>');
					$content = apply_filters('the_content', $content);
					$content = str_replace(']]>', ']]>', $content);
				}
```
with that:

if(!$additional_loop->post->post_excerpt || $query_id == $this->post_id) { $content = get_the_content('<span class="inner_more">'.__('Read more','avia_framework').'</span>'); $content = apply_filters('the_content', $content); $content = str_replace(']]>', ']]>', $content); ob_start(); comments_template( '/includes/comments.php'); $content .= ob_get_contents() ; ob_end_clean(); }
