Last night version 2.4 of Enfold was released. So please try updating your theme to the latest version.

1. I upgraded to v 2.4 and recreated the icons list and emptied the cache – it still doesn’t work.
2. The answers were maybe short, but in the bottom line, I did everything you asked.

You have so many plugins installed. Can you try deactivating them all and check if that helps?
Some people had this issue but all were troubleshot but solution does not work on your end for some reason.

Just tried it, plus clearing the cache. Didn’t work.

I had the same issue, however it was being caused by a product called Cloudflare a CDN and Cache service my hosting provider uses. I simply clicked the clear cache button and it was fixed.October 22, 2013 at 10:06 pm #179244October 23, 2013 at 3:07 am #179387
Is this your site ps190741.dreamhost.com ? It says “Site Temporarily Unavailable”.
Please recreate the icon list from scratch. Deactivate all plugins then reload again. Check if there are unused plugins on wp-content/plugins folder.

Ismael, did you look at the history of the posts ? If you had, you have seen that I’ve done everything you asked.
