IE says something like... http500 This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying.

first of all you should check if your permalinks are set correctly. Then, when adding a menu item you should check if the URL that is automatically added is actually correct, of course you can change it if it's incorrect.
Hey Chris my permalinks and urls are just fine... Whether I am linking the page, or typing in the url manually; as soon as I hit the save button below; it throws me a blank screen... Please Kriesi help..
This didn't happen when you added the other menu items? What changed? Have you installed any plugins and have you tried using a different browser to add the menu item?
Thanks for the hint Chris. I got it right just now. I have disabled the Duplicate Post and My Page Order plugins. The culprit seems to be one of them. I will enable / disable each and see which is causing this.

Chris... Back to sqaure one. It does the same. It seems that it is not the plugins I suspected. Just reported a fault with my ISP. Seems I have loads of noise on my line. Don't know if my INternet connection is perhaps to blame.... Do you think it can be that?
