Blog code error after saving changes

Getting code error at the top after saving changes in the blog settings, it gave an error that changes could not be saved then tried again and it saved it, but then gave this error. I re-uploaded the wp-content folder but nothing changed

the error, seems to be in image uploader as well

I upgraded the theme to 1.6 and seems to have gone away :)
