Blog date format

   Hi there,
   mysteriously the date format on top of the blog entries comes out like
   %A, 30UTCTUE, 30 OCT 2012 21:19:45 +0000 %E. %B %Y

   General WP settings are just fine.

   Would be great if someone could push me in the right direction.

   Hi,

   Can you give us a link on your website?

   Go to includes > format-standard.php and find this code

   echo get_the_date();

   Try to replace it with

   echo the_date();

   Then go to this link for reference http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/the_date.
