   Hi! I'm using template builder for a blog page, including a slideshow and a blog module. Is there a way to show the excerpts instead of the entire post in that feed?

   Also, the widget short code for teasers, when i choose to show the title & excerpt, that excerpt is not showed…

   Hi lagalga,

   You can use the more tag to tell wordpress where to break up the post for overview pages: http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/

   I do this but the problem persists… the excerpt i not showed
   How does Choices manage manual excerpts & automatic excerpts? I've installed a plugin and i've got the same problem… the excerpt is only shown in blog feed…

   For the widget, to show the excerpt and title it should be:
   [widget widget_name="avia_newsbox" widget_class_name="newsbox" title="Latest Posts" count="3" cat="56" excerpt="display title and excerpt"]

   wow, thank you. I'll write it on those pages…

   the plugin should make that, but what i got was [widget widget_name="avia_newsbox" widget_class_name="newsbox" title="Latest Posts" count="3" cat="56" excerpt="display title and excerpt"] when checkin' title & excerpt
