    Hi,

    I realize this topic has been covered a number of times and I have tried all those fixes but nothing has changed! The issue with my blog page is that the meta box with date etc scrolls over the sidebar on the right (www.anthonygrote.co.za/blog/). I would like my blog page to look like this example (www.kellyredinger.com/blog/). Please assist with the css changes required to carry this out. I also want the full blog post to be viewable on the blog page, with large images and wide width, like the example – basically want my blog page to look exactly like the example. Thanks for your assistance.

    The other problem I see is that when I am on the blog page, the menu item “Blog” does not highlight showing that you are on the blog page (all the other pages do this to indicate what page you are on). Also the blog page does not have a heading at the top saying “Blog”.

    1) You can hide the blog meta with following code:

    .template-single-blog .blog-meta {
    display: none;
    }

    2) It seems like WordPress doesn’t recognize the blog page as page. The issues in your second post are related to this problem. Maybe you’ve created a post or category which uses the slug “blog” too.
