    Hi, I’m having an issue that I may have created myself. I wanted to have my blog overview as my main page, so under Settings>Reading I checked Front Page displays a static page (I chose to name my blog page “home.” Now, when you try to click the buttons at the bottom to see older posts, the page simply reloads, not showing other pages.

    Is there a way to fix this, or is there a way to accomplish putting my blog on the front without screwing other things up?

    Thanks for your help, and the blog in question is:

    it seems like a problem with the pagination function. I’ll report this to Kriesi.

    Has there been any indication as to why this is happening?

    I reported it to Kriesi today. I think he’s on a short snowboard trip at the moment (we live in Austria so we love skiing and snowboarding :) ) but I’m sure he’ll answer asap.

    Thanks. I’m jealous of your Austrian landscapes.

    Bump. What are the possible reasons for this problem?

    Kriesi took a timeout but he started to look into my bug reports now. So I’m sure he’ll reply here soon…

    I’m not so sure.

    Kriesi suggested to use this plugin: if the pagination is broken. Just activate the plugin and modify template_blog.php a bit. Search for following code:

    and replace it with:

    if(function_exists('wp_paginate')) {
    } else {

    This should be a temporarily fix…

    Thank you, that did remove the pagination links at the bottom of the front/blog page, but it did not add additional tools for navigation. Perhaps something else is wrong, but I do need people to be able to click back through my posts.

    Please try to update – Kriesi released several updates a week ago. You can download the new version of CleanCut at
