    hi,

    our blog pagination was advancing properly, but now it’s not. assume it was
    an update to wp or enfold. i’ve tried various fixes from the forums, but nothing
    is working. we were using masonry gallery to display our blog posts, and love that format.
    now i have the blog element inserted in the page and that does not work either,
    nor does it look as nice as masonry.

    please help us!

    Hi MeghanNathanson!

    You are using a very old version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.4.7 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    hi yigit,

    when we upgraded we lost lots so many settings and other customizations, we had to restore a back up. our logo was even reset to the enfold logo. this is not acceptable as it will take hours to get our site back to what it looked like before the upgrade. please advise about this?? as it stands we can’t afford the lost time nor lost money.

    Hi Team Support,

    I have the same issue, when update to last version, the pagination when I use the advanced layout editor, not working, please I need the solution to this, because are affecting our site.

    http://encuentromatrimonialcr.org/ the section noticias, audios, videos, etc, the pagination are not working

    We hvae fixed the issue with pagination and will be pushed to our latest version.

    great to hear the pagination is working in the next version.
    have you also addressed how we might save our custom settings
    during an upgrade? we are not using child theme for everything
    as most of the selections are made from within the theme itself.

    the only way to keep everything 100% safe after an upgrade is by using a child theme.
