I made sure that the "loop" is being called in the "blog-overview" page template but still not outputting posts. Plus, I reinstalled the theme, copied the template-blog.php file using editor and compared code to a successful working domain and don't see a difference. See working domain below.

I just looked over your blog page and it looks like everything is working now. I'm going to mark this as resolved and soft close it in case you have any other issues (you'll still be able to respond).
