   Hello,

   I've erased my homepage so that it no longer appears in the menu for selecting a page for the blog.

   Yet, the home page is still there when I sign on.

   How do I select the homepage for the blog page without it in the menu?

   Hey,
   you can select a static front page via WP settings (Settings > Reading). You can also build a custom menu (Appearance > Menus) and exclude/include any pages, links, etc. (i.e. you can exclude the home page).
