Bit stuck on this, want to remove

border-bottom:1px solid #BBBBBB; LINE 118
&
.small_box h3 {
border-bottom:1px solid #DDDDDD; LINE 152
I've found this on Style1.css and deleted them, but they remain! Any ideas? I've taken the line out completely, checked and doubled check but on my site its still there.
