Is there is simple way via CSS to get a bottom aligned header and menu. I am trying to achieve something like this:

You can use Fullwidth Sub Menu element to display your menu and add your logo as a background image. Moving actual header to bottom of the page would require a heavy customization and that would be out of scope of our support.
