In my end, http://buechergildehamburg.de/fachbuch/ shows Home / Produkte. When I clicked a single product, example 111 Steuertipps für Kleinbetriebe und Freiberufler, the breadcrumb shows Sie sind hier: Home » Produkte » 111 Steuertipps für Kleinbetriebe und Freiberufler. I think it is correct.

the breadcrumb is Home / Fachbuch
then click a product
the breadcrum is Home / Produkte

To clarify, you're asking how to change "Produkte" in the breadcrumbs to Fachbuch so it would go Home > Fachbuch > Wolfgang Däubler: Arbeitsrecht or whatever the product is, correct?
