    Hi,

Some time ago, I posted this problem:
    https://kriesi.at/support/topic/breadcrumbs-doesnt-work-correct-after-portfolio-sorting/

I thought this solved it, but it’s not working correct. The breadcrumbs are now linking to the categories, instead of linking to the page (as before adding these lines to functions.php).
So when people click these links, they get a ‘Achrive for’ page instead of the normal page.

Do you know a solution? Before, it worked correct, it only didn’t show the correct pages after sorting.

    Thank you!

    Hi Trender!

Please give us a link to the page. Maybe there is a plugin conflict. Deactivate all plugins then we’ll check it.

    Regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael,

Thank you for the swift reply.

There was only one plugin active (Simple Custom Post Order, recommended in another post). I’ve disabled it, but the problem still occurs. For example see this page: http://bit.ly/OFzefk
The breadcrumbs should go to http://bit.ly/1kmedjQ

    Thank you!

    Hey!

Please try to clear the browser cache and clear the cookies – maybe it fixes the issue because Kriesi uses sessions to store the breadcrumb path for portfolio items. If it doesn’t help please contact the plugin author of the “post types order” plugin and ask him how you can revert the plugin changes. Ismaels code here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/breadcrumbs-doesnt-work-correct-after-portfolio-sorting/ will deactivate the default portfolio breadcrumbs and this change will also remove the portfolio page from the breadcrumb trail.

    Regards,
    Peter

    Hi,

It looked like the sorting plugin made changes in the code, outside the plugin as well. So after deactivation, it still effected the theme.
So sorry, it wasn’t a theme issue. Thank you for your help!
