Hello,
I tried to create a unique sidebar on http://www.kaminoefen-muenchen.com/sanitar-bad/. It worked, but the widget "Brightbox Advertising Area" >Unsere Angebote< placed on Design/Widgets >>Displayed Everywhere is still visible. How can I manage to display only the unique widget >Anbieter aus München< (now empty)?

Hey,
you can use plugins like: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/widget-logic/ to hide/display certain widget on certain pages. The "page/category specific" widgets will display in addition to the standard widget areas and will not replace them.

found another plugin which fits better, because is able to show and hide widgets on single pages:
