Is its parent directory writable by the server? I found another thread that mentioned uninstalling the Theme and WP and starting over…did that and still I get the error. HELP!!!! I have a deadline to meet. August 16, 2011 at 1:19 pm #50347 DudeModerator Hey, use a ftp software (or cpanel) to change the upload folder permission(s). Navigate to httpdocs/wp-content/uploads and set the folder permission (including the sub folders) to 777. August 16, 2011 at 1:47 pm #50348 piraterobParticipant WORKS!! Thanks, I had to have our Web Admin correct the permissions.
