Hello,
I have been going thru hell trying to update this theme. I got the newest version from ThemeForest, all my plugins are up to date, WP4 up to date. The problem exists even with all plugins disabled. After the update, the slider fails to display, and the portfolio images do not show up. I have followed your instruction to clear all cache, I re-saved the theme options, and this happens over and over again. I’ve had to restore a backup 5 times to get the site functional again. The site is https://www.llonaplumbing.com, I cannot give admin credentials and the update is not currently in place as I can’t have a broken website while I wait for a solution, I hope you understand. Is there anything else you can tell me to get this up to date and working? Thanks in advance, huge Kriesi fan.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to provide a solution if you don’t update the theme to the latest version. Please download the latest version from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
After the update, please deactivate all plugins especially the cache and minify plugins then toggle any Enfold theme options then save changes. If it still doesn’t work, please post the login details here and set it as a private reply. We would like to check it.
