    Hi,

First of all, thanks a lot for this amazing theme. Your hard work gives me the chance to not work so hard and still have an amazing looking site with incredible functionality.

I’ve been playing with the theme and learning some things while setting up my site. I have run into a problem with broken icon images when accessing my site through a subdomain.

The subdomain seems to be set up correctly using the control panel with my Netfirms hosting account.

When accessing the site via http://www.inmypocket.ca there is no issue with the icon images.

You can see when accessing the site via ottawa.inmypocket.ca the icon images are broken.

From my knowledge, this is probably being caused by relative or absolute links but I don’t know where to look for them.

Please help me resolve this issue. Using the subdomain is an important part of my project.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Dave

    Hi,

I don’t see the difference between the two links. Icons are showing fine.

    Thanks Ismael for your reply.

I’ve now checked in Chrome and Safari and there’s no issue with the broken icons there.

Still, in Firefox v.23.0 some of the icon images are broken. Strange.

Any ideas why this happens only on Firefox and only with the subdomain?

And by the way, the issue is not with the icons in your screen shot. It’s with the ones near the top of the page (see my screenshot) and the call to action buttons.

    Hi,

Checked it on Firefox. This is what I see:

    Hi Dave,

Can you try deleting those elements from the layout, saving, then re-adding them in?

    Regards,

    Devin

    Hi Devin,

Sorry for my delayed response but thank you for your suggestion. I’ve tried it but no luck.

Please see the attached 2 screen shots. The second one is curious and may tell you something; the ‘More about feature B’ button displays correctly while the ‘More about feature C’ button does not. Strange.

I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Regards,

    Dave

    Hi,

Can you please update your browser? Or remove extensions? Your websites render properly on my end. I tested them on firefox, google chrome and safari.

    Regards,

Thanks Ismael and Devin for your help.

It’s strange this is happening only in Firefox 23.0.1 (Mac) but since it’s not happening on other browsers, I’m satisfied it’s an issue with Firefox on my system and not a bigger problem. We can considered it resolved.

Thanks again for the great theme and support.

I’ll let you know if I need any more help.

    Take care,

    Dave
