Broken themes error – while creating a child theme of enfold

Hi I get the message below after uploading a enfold-child file with a functions.php and a style.css file.
I am saving it as a .css file

Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
Name Description
enfold-child Stylesheet is missing.

Have you tried downloading pre-built child theme here http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ ?
