Bug – all pages and posts is under password protection

Hi,
Last week we had some bug, when all pages and posts was in password protection. When I want edit page, it shows password window. We didn’t put pages under password. When system administrator watch in database, there are no password. If we want put some password in database, that don’t work.
At this moment solution is comment one row in : #151, in file menu.php.
do_action( ‘admin_menu’, ” );

But after that we can’t see all section, like Enfold, WPML. Recently we bought lifetime plugin (WPML). When we disable it, still don’t work.

Maybe someone has the same problem ? Solution ? Because comment off row is not solution, because I need Enfold section.
