I think I found a bug:
I created a new Template via the Template Builder and set "Dynamic Template Page Layout" to "right sidebar".
But when I then add a "Page Split" before the "heading (+Breadcrump) there will be no right sidebar shown with the subnavigation.
If I drop the Page Split down after the heading, the sidebar is shown, but right to the heading with is looking really strange.
Create a new thread and tell me what problems you are encountering and what you want to know. 
There is no step 3 :)
