    Hello, at the top of my web page lately, there is a bunch of code that shouldn’t be there, it reads:

    Warning: Class __PHP_Incomplete_Class has no unserializer in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas09_data01/21/2809521/html/wp-content/object-cache.php on line 520

    This displays above the header and prevents the page from loading. It happens on all browsers. However, it doesn’t “always” happen. Also, if you reload the page, it usually goes away and the page will load normally. Obviously, I need to fix it right away. Please advise. Thanks.

    Hey jgoosman,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • the URL to the login screen
    • a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
    • as well as a password for that username

    Best regards,
    Jordan

    Hi,

    @jgoosman
    i tried to refresh the page a few times but error never showed up on my end. Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps.

    @lynnearciero
    Does it happen occasionally on your end as well?

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    Hi Yigit, after your reply I cleared my browser cache and accessed the site, I did still receive the error, however, after that, I disabled all the plugins, cleared browser cache and the problem went away. I then re-activated all my plugins one by one, clearing the browser cache each time to see if I could figure out which plugin caused the problem. Now I have them all enabled again and the problem seems to have gone away. I tried with 3 different browsers. So I guess that’s good.
