I've used your theme(s) for myself and don't worry about that smiley one but thinking of using one of your themes for the client but I think I won't be able to do it in case they spot the smiley face and I can't remove it.

it's very tiny on the bottom left hand side of the page - can't screenshot cos it was too tiny! But if you have a look at my site http://lollipopcreative.com.au and scroll down till the end of the page you can see it, just in the corner of the browser.
I supposed I could leave it as it is but just to check if the client notice and wants to be removed then I could.

The smiley face is not a part of the the theme. It actually stems from the code below which comes from stats.wordpress.com near as I can tell. I imagine it's a plugin you have activated?

I'm not sure, if you really need the plugin that Mya mentioned. You can add this code to your Quick CSS to hide it:
#wpstats {
visibility: hidden;
}or this code, if the above code doesn't work:
#wpstats {
visibility: hidden;
