    I have team member who will be also working on our site. If she needs Kriesi support, can she create her own account with the same purchase information? I would give her my login information but since my email is tied to it, then any response notifications would come to me. I would prefer her requests and responses are going to her. Please advise on how we can get her set up.

    Unfortunately, it is only possible with another purchase code and that means another license. You can ask her not to check “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” or we can change your email address :)
