There are a number of things I would like to change in the Dynamic template for the portfolio in the code. How might I be able to do that?
Also, can I add comments to the portfolio section? When I add comments_template();, nothing happens on the portfolio elements.

Hi,
1) The dynamic template just uses the default portfolio loop template. You can find the portfolio function in angular\includes\helper-templates.php - search for:
function portfolio($element)The loop template can be found in angular\includes\loop-portfolio.php
2) Comments are not supported if you want to use a dynamic template. Only posts, standard pages and single portfolio entries support comments.
