    Hi,

I became the web admin of our sport club some days ago.
I am not an expert to wordpress. The homepage was designed based on Enfold…good!
I should change some links to PDF files which are located in the Enfold element “Reiter”.

I can select the “Reiter” edit the link but pressing “save” or the “x” does not have any impact.
As workaround I created a new page with the “Reiter” element. Same result.
I can not save what I entered in the “Reiter”.

    Any idea?

Thank you and best regards, udo

    Hey tlg1966,
Can you please include a admin login in the private content area so we can take a closer look.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
I was able to add and save a new download link, I’m not sure why you are having an issue, but I created a video of the steps I took. Perhaps you’ll see something I did different. Please note that the last step was to click “update” top right corner, it was off screen. Also I used the Chrome browser. Hope this helps :)

    Hi Mike,
it helped….but I still do not know where the root issue is.
I use chrome as well and tried with firefox. Not working. And with the “admin account” I normally use it still does not work. So I switched to the “admin account” I provided to you and it is fine. So it is user account related.
I thought “admin” is “admin” but looks like I am wrong.
Thank you very much for your fast and excellent support

    best regards, Udo

    Hi,
Well admin is admin, but I did see one other time that a admin account had issues like this, I never found out if it was a plugin issue or a glitch elsewhere, but we couldn’t reproduce the error. But using the new admin account should be fine, just don’t remove the old one. Thank you for using Enfold.

    Best regards,
    Mike

Maybe one last thing for my understanding:
Why not deleting the old admin account?
Thank you and best regards, Udo

    Hi!

Just for been safe, if at any time something happens, or if it has assigned things on it as posts or pages.

    Thank you

    Best regards,
    Basilis
