How do I affect the Single Product Page with templates or some other methond? How do I get access to the Product's short description (labeled #1 in image) via the theme? I only see that I can display the product's long description (labeled #2).
I would like to have ratings positioned as in this image below. The product short description and quantity are together under the product name with the rattings below.

Hi sjpanther01,
The theme does not come with any way to manipulate the layout of the product pages outside of the options already present. You would need to re-arrange and re-write some php in order to change the way it looks. IE - You can have a full width slider above the product descript/price/title or a smaller one more like your image.

The Propulsion theme disables the product description tab and does not provide a way to edit it/display it at the moment. Its recently been sent in as a feature request to add it in a future update but I'm not sure if it will be enabled as the design is to have a large fully featured description next or under the product image and only have a box for Reviews and Ratings down below everything.
