Can we get an official word on an update from Kriesi?

Hey Kriesi and support staff,

Can we get an solid word on when an update will be released? Not a, "I'll ask Kriesi" or "sometime soon... this week, next week, etc".

I'm OK with, a "look we're swamped, it will be [fill in an actual timeframe here] before we can deliver an update." It's just a little frustrating to see support posts with acknowledgments of an existing bug and that it will be fixed at "sometime" in the future.

I love the themes I've purchased, they are really great work, I just want some sense of when the known bugs will be fixed.

Hey,
I can't give an exact ETA because Kriesi didn't report back since last a week. Maybe he's on a trip or he takes a timeout ("holidays") but he didn't notify me about it so I can only guess. He works on the updates and he can estimate the release date but I can only tell you an ETA if it's based on an official statement. I'm sorry that you have to wait so long for an concrete answer.
