Is it possible change the Social Buttons in the Footer to link to my social profiles instead of Kriesi?

In the Dashboard view- left column at the bottom you will see Habitat options. At the bottom of that menu you will see "Sidebar and Footer"
- there you can enter your links.

There is no place to enter twitter ID where you are mentioning.

the area to enter the twitter id is under Single Entry Options right above "sidebar & footer"
