I am most probbably geting on your nevrs by now sending you all the emails but I really need to get the site up and running soon and my account here is not valid yet.

I did take a look at the other thread considering the same isue but the xml file just wont work.

It seams as it is broken somewhere, well as the link says in the first line. Even when that line "fixed" WordPress still says it needs a valid WXR file. Any idea why is that?

I've uploaded a new export file at http://www.kriesi.at/files/newscast.xml

it still seems to be broken when opening in the browser and I don't know why that happens but its woking perfectly fine when importing it into a wordpress isntallation...

Hi,

Yesterday, I baught NewsCast template Wordpress and try the file xml on http://www.kriesi.at/files/newscast.xml (here).
When i import, I have :

Sorry, there has been an error.
This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number

I'm using Wordpress 3.3.1.
