Cannot acces my forum account and not getting any suport

I’ve payed for support for your enfold theme and when I try to login to forum I receive the message that the licence is used by another user.

After upgrde the LayerSliderWP shuld be incluse in Enfold theme and I’m gettting an error that the plugin is not ctivated.

Plase solve my problem or refund teh costs payed for the theme. This is unaceptable !

Yes, it seems like you have already registered to our forum. I reset your password and am attaching your credentials in private content field.

After logging in, please post FTP and WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it.

Sorry for the late reply!

I thought you might be using standalone version of the theme however it seems like you are using bundled version. You can simply ignore that notification. It is meant for users who have purchased license of LayerSlider plugin.
Enfold users do not receive a LayerSlider purchase code since it is bundled in the theme. When there is a new LayerSlider update, we test it with Enfold and if everything works fine, we include it in the theme with a new Enfold update :)
