    Greetings. After I created Pages and Sub Pages, then used the ‘Display Options > Menu Manager’ to create the menu I find that the Sub Menu items are not linked to a page.

    Then I used ‘Appearance’ > ‘Menus’ since this is the newly recommended way to create menus. Using this method all I see are menu items with no sub menus underneath. I have found no documentation to resolve this.

    The website is http://core4innovative.com

    Hey,

    have a look at this tutorial: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/i-can%e2%80%99t-create-a-custom-menu-the-menu-behaves-weird – it tells you how to activate the description text.

    If you don’t want to use a description text you need to adjust the css. Open up style.css and find following code:

    #top .nav ul {
    display: none;
    left: 0;
    position: absolute;
    top: 48px;
    width: 172px;
    }

    replace it with:

    #top .nav ul {
    display: none;
    left: 0;
    position: absolute;
    top: 30px; /* adjusted from 48px to cope with no menu description */
    width: 172px;
    }

    There is no screen options tab in wordpress. at least not on mine.

    It’s at the very top (dropdown field on click). I’m sure it’s there :)
